Darüber hinaus werden der Publisher und das Zustandekommen seines Umsatzes insbesondere vor der ersten Auszahlung noch einmal mit automatisierten Prüfroutinen sowie manuell durch das erfahrene affilinet Qualitätsteam unter die Lupe genommen. Um an einem Programm teilzunehmen, dürfen sich die Publisher bei affilinet nur mit einer Hauptdomain ihrer Website anmelden. Andere Domains sind für ein Partnerprogramm nur zulässig, wenn sie mit dieser Hauptdomain inhaltlich identisch sind. Über zusätzliche URLs behalten die Advertiser ab sofort in einer neuen Anzeige in der Verwaltungsoberfläche den vollen Überblick. So listet dieses Feature für jeden einzelnen Publisher alle bestehenden URLs auf und informiert sofort über alle Änderungen. Aber auch alle anderen Bereiche des laufenden Betriebs werden kontinuierlich durch affilinet kontrolliert. Dies beginnt bei einem Check der IP-Nummern zur Referrer-Kontrolle und geht bis zu fein abgestimmten Filtern für Logfiles pro Publisher und Programm inklusive der statistischen Kontrolle der Publisher-Umsätze.
